Pros and cons of Vay app for iPhone and iPad

Vay app good for

This game is simply amazing. Thumbs up to the programmer(s) and thank you for the fun.
Addictive game but when something like a final fantasy comes out I doubt I will continue playing this game bit its worth buying
I almost beat the game, and so far its terrific! A lot of the music is repetetive, but I think that they really outdid themselves on the castle near the end! The music was awesome! I think that it is an awesome game, especially after the update!
this game is a must pick up for any RPG lover. This game has a wide variety of wepons and armor and it is so much fun to play. I could not stop playing for hours when i first got it and tried it and for the price of $4.99 this game is the one of the best apps no doubt
i would recomend this to a nyone its great for long car rides and u can get hours and hours of game play for 5bucks!!!!!great deal
Its a good way to pass time, unless you get stuck...like me. How do you get to Wolesse Island? anyway good game none the less.

Some bad moments

The more I play it, the less I like it. Pros: Story line, classic RPG graphics, variety of spells/items, touch to move. Cons: No way to compare items from the shop, need to exit, etc... No quick way to exit menu, Ummm... modern day talk/jokes in a classic RPG? ruins the classic fee.... Hard mode just means you gain less experience and spells cost 3x as much. Battle system: TONE DOWN THE RANDOM BATTLES?!? Like take out 70% of the random battles!? Sometimes Ill hit 4 random battles and only move about 10 squares. The battles soon get tiring and boring and tedious....... the more I play the game *cough have random battles* the less I like it. Battles usually consist of one spell and you kill everyone.
Im giving this game one star but let me explain. Overall the game is an excellent retro style rpg. Graphics, sound and style are all done well. To the reviewer who complained that characters mouths dont sync with voice overs. Its part of the style of the genre and I dont think most people will mind. The one star rating is for the controls. Pointing to move seems like a natural idea for the iPhone but its to tedious. Either Im concentrating to click a specific spot or Im continuously clicking to move thus watching my thumb instead of the game. Takes a lot of fun from the game. Please consider revising the control method. I recommend a virtual joypad. Something like another RPG Arvale: Journey of Illusions. Or better, a more dynamic control like Heroes of Sparta. Thanks
The controls are brutal. A virtual pad would up this games rating immensely. In its current form its beyond frustrating.
Save ur money. The controls are some poor that it often takes numerous attempts to go through doors. Unlike most games, that have single button to interact and search, this game has a one menu button for all game actions and functions. Talking, searching and picking up items seems like a chore rather than fun and easy. Graphics look old school and game might be fun if I could stand it more then 30 seconds. New controls are a must.
If Pottle uses flame to kill off a mob, the game will crash (only if it is the last strike that actually kills the group). Using iPhone 4S.
Same as above, if I were to use flame as the eliminating kill on iPhone 4gs, the game crashes.
